Any security engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Vantixia, which prevails over these Terms.
01 Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational and business purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, or use it to infringe any law or the rights of others.
02 Services and engagements
Information on the Site describes our services in general terms and does not constitute an offer, quote or binding commitment. The scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and confidentiality of any engagement are defined in a separate signed agreement, proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over the Site.
03 Authorised testing only
Vantixia performs security testing only with the explicit, prior, written authorisation of the system owner and strictly within an agreed scope and rules of engagement. Nothing on the Site should be read as encouraging or authorising unauthorised access to, or testing of, any system.
04 Acceptable use and your responsibilities
Where we make training, resources or content available, you agree to use them lawfully and ethically, and only against systems you own or are expressly permitted to test. You are responsible for keeping confidential any credentials or materials we provide to you.
05 Intellectual property
The Site and its content - including text, graphics, logos and design - are owned by or licensed to Vantixia and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
06 Confidentiality of deliverables
Assessment reports and findings we deliver are confidential and provided for your internal use under the terms of the relevant engagement agreement. Please do not distribute them publicly without our written consent.
07 Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and you access them at your own risk.
08 Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general information, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
